Our VISION is to provide the highest levels of professional and personal development in the areas of leadership and technology for our customers, colleagues and friends overseas, beginning with Africa, by building on our ten years of experience with Nigeria.

Our GOAL is to play a significant role in the development of an independent indigenous leadership in all major economic areas of a country so as to reduce the reliance on outside assistance. We strive to bring US-style leadership and expertise to other countries by providing graduate level continuing education to National, State, and Local governments, Banks (both Central and Commercial), and industry, particularly the Petroleum Industry.

Our METHODS are to concentrate on developing increased executive management and leadership skills in current and rising leaders. Our courses include the timely introduction of fresh, new ideas; newly discovered circumstances and policies affecting leadership; and fresh looks at applying age old ideas that still ensure success.

Within our areas of expertise, we select and customize topics to coincide with our understanding of the specific goals for each class. We poll each and every participant to learn what they really need then build specialized courses to reflect those desires while exploring the topics in light of the latest events in their respective countries.

In addition to our Catalog Courses, we have the ability to respond to the specific interests of our customers. For example, in the recent past we have created courses in Retail Community Banking, Fundamentals of Job Creation, Workshop for Help Desk and Support Personnel, and entrepreneur development with our award-winning Side Street to Main Street program.
